WHAT IS HOAX?
A hoax is an attempt to deceive, to make the public believe into a strange idea, generally involving a material object which should conduct to illicit financial or material gain, or appealing to religious beliefs and charity, or just as a practical joke.°

Last Monday was my dad's birthday, so we had a little dinner with some friend and relatives, after dinner we had a little chat over wine and beer, we talked pretty much about life, then one of my aunt, was on top of her voice, shouted that a famous actress here in the Philippines was found dead, she is on her 60's already, so my mom and ger friends were shocked, I asked my aunt, where did she got the news, she told me from facebook, so I did my own research cause I can feel that it is not true,
I searched on a trusted site and found out that it is really a. hoax,
So I told them that what they read is just a HOAX,
I just realized how social media are influencing our lives, especially the old ones, they are very gullible, that whatever they read from the net is true for them.
Let's educate our loved ones regarding the news that they are reading from the net, especially the seniors,
I Just don't understand the reason behind those hoax article, why those people are posting those kind of news.
Whatever their reasons are, still spreading a false information, is a bad pratice. Let's all be responsible,
