carrot juice can be a healthy menu option to be able to consume as much as possible juice, as well as the good content contained in carrots. If you have not liked carrot juice because of its taste, mix it with milk and other vegetables. Better still, if you get used to eating carrot juice without any other mixture. Mothers can mix it with spinach, tomatoes or broccoli.
