9 wrong facts are still true!

There are many myths or inaccurate information in the world of health and transformation, which is not true at all. We believe in words by listening to people. But the world of science is constantly changing. Which is true today, it could be a misconception tomorrow!

For some readers today, some misconceptions will be raised, which is more or less the same. For example, you know, pregnancy is not 10 months to 10 days, or does the carrot have any relation with night? If you do not eat at night, but do not lose weight!

The human baby does not need 10 months to be born
We have all heard about 10 months and 10 days of pregnancy. But what is the matter really? Not at all. At present, the pregnancy is usually 9 months, most of the children are born before the date given by the doctor.

Fat people mean sick
This is also a misconception. Problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. can have many chunk people. Likewise, obese people may not get these diseases. Organic food does not contain pesticides
This is a little wrong idea. All farmers apply insecticides to protect crops. Organic vegetables - Fruits means that organic fertilizers have been used in the production of these chemical substances instead of fertilizers. But there is insecticide!

Honey is better than sugar
Though honey has many health benefits, honey is not good for sugar but in many cases it is not good. Playing more honey increases your weight, increases the risk of liver disease, diabetes and heart disease.

Playing carrots helps in night-time diseases
This is a wrong idea. Stay away from night sickness, playing carrots does not improve the eyes or eyesight.

Need to sleep for at least 8 hours
This is also a misconception. The truth is, sleep based on age and livelihood is changing from human to human. It is enough to stay in bed for 6 hours, it is better to say 6 to 8 hours. Those who are more sleeping, their risk of death is much higher than 5-7 hours sleeping people.

Playing at night will be fat
Eat what you want all day long, playing at night will be fat - must have heard a lot of that? The truth is, not the time to eat, but the type and quantity of food is the most important. You did not eat high calorie food all day long and did not eat at night, in fact it would not be beneficial to health.

One apple keeps the doctor away daily
No, apple is not a medicine for all diseases. Vitamin is rich in mineral, but Apple does not have the power to protect you from all diseases.

Do not believe in myth, but follow the doctor's right advice. be healthy.

As well as the examples of wrong health information which you gave, it is now clear that even some of the respected medical journals have published reports and articles that were tainted.

Tainted how?

The research results were agreed upon in advance by the companies or vested interests which were paying for the writing. One example from Sept 2017 is this: Journalistic Fraud Rampant in Professional Medical Journals.
