ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ေဒါသထြက္ေနတဲ့အခါ ဒါမွမဟုတ္
မေကာင္းတဲ့ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထား ျဖစ္ေပၚေနတဲ့အခါ
ေကာင္းမြန္မွန္ကန္ၿပီး ေစ့စပ္ေသခ်ာတဲ့ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြခ်ဖို႔
ရွင္းရွင္းလင္းလင္း မျမင္နိုင္၊ မေတြးေခၚနိုင္ပါဘူး။
အျခားတစ္ဖက္စြန္းအေနနဲ ့အူျမဴးျပီး အလြန္ ေပ်ာ္ေနရင္လည္း
အေတြးလြန္ျပီး ဓမၼဓိ႒ာန္က်က် စဥ္းစားမႈနည္းလာပါတယ္။
အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ လုပ္ေဆာင္မိတဲ့ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြဟာ
တစ္ဖက္ေစာင္းနင္း ျဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအခါမ်ိဳးမွာ
စိတ္ကို တည္ျငိမ္သြားေစဖို႔ တစ္ခဏေလာက္ အခ်ိန္ယူပါ။
ျပႆနာေတြကို အေသအခ်ာစိစစ္ျပီး အခ်ိန္ယူစဥ္းစားပါ။
စိတ္ခံစားခ်က္လႊမ္းမိုးမခံရဘဲ တည္တည္ျငိမ္ျငိမ္ ခ်မွတ္တဲ့
ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြဟာ တစ္ဖက္ေစာင္းနင္းျဖစ္မႈနည္းပါးကာ
ပိုျပီး မွန္ကန္ ပိုၿပီး ေကာင္းမြန္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

When we are angry or in bad moods,
we cannot see or think clearly to come to good,
right and well-considered decisions.
At the other extreme, when we are elated and flushed
with happiness we tend to be more accommodating
and less objective in our thinking.
Any decisions reached during such periods are
likely to be biased.Take some moments to allow the mind
to calm down in such periods. Analyze the problems
and think them over. Decisions arrived at with a calm mind
uninfluenced by moods will be less biased and more right, better.
