laughing at myself is my way to reduce the burden

in esteem •  6 years ago

We often laugh at ourselves, some think we are crazy, just laugh at ourselves that our minds become healthier, and we need not hesitate to do so in order to lighten the burden of our lives.
because laughing at yourself is one thing to clear the mind. Your life has been over-criticized by others. Even to accept an idea or something you just have to discuss and pay attention to the response of others first you dare to take a decision.
we must know that by being able and courageous to laugh at ourselves, you can spread positive aura to the people around you. At least, by being able to laugh at yourself, but not by annoying others.

We can laugh at your life story has many advantages. By being able to laugh at yourself, you get better introspection. You are able to see everything you've done before from a different point of view.
That way, you know exactly what you want in your life. What we have been doing is right or you want to be more than that. After laughing at the past, you can understand what you want for your future.

Daring to laugh at the mistakes and folly of yourself is a wise and praiseworthy act. Laugh before others laugh at you, and laugh as much as possible before laughter is forbidden, maybe friends already understand what I mean.
