What i think is that we should eat fruits everyday of the week because they are very healthy for us. If you cant then must eat once in a week. Fruits contains different kinds of vitamins that keep our body healthy and fit. Moreover some fruits help us to reduce weight if we take a plan.
The person that is fat and wants to reduce weight then he/she must eat fruits everyday.
As personally i am fat so i am trying to reduce my weight and i have started to eat fruits in lunch and dinner and i have quitted almost other dishes. It is very hard to go with fruits and quitting other dishes but its possible.
