Dear Diary: I Will Never Get My Bones Fully Heal Because Of Aluminum In My Diet

I saw that my parents are cooking rice with a old rice cooker pot which made out of aluminum. It is the same substance that weakens bones particularly in dialysis patients.

Aluminum unfortunately cannot be cleaned or taken out via dialysis so it stays and builds up in the body of dialysis patient.

It could be the cause of my ringing ear issue because it just basically builds up in my system. I am sad about it because I can never avoid food as all prepared foods are cooked with aluminum pots and pan here.

I am almost certain that even my breakfast of a stir-fried noodles is cooked in an aluminum pan.That is I think the primary cause of my bone disease but the weird thing is that some patients that I know aren't really affected considering that they are already surviving for a long time too.

So with that I am slowly being poisoned by the food that I eat. I do not know what to do anymore because I could not eat pure fruits because of its potassium content or I will risk my heart to stop.

I could not drink a meal replacement milk for dialysis patient too because it is so expensive plus I would get bored of the taste.

Maybe the solution is Kidney transplant but that would be a complicated matter but maybe only doable if I have the funds but at this time I could not afford it.

So that would be my first priority if I would be given a chance or if cryptos would rise from its current price into a much better price for my needs.

I have many plans considering my condition but it is still good to dream about it and I will never lose heart and hope that someday some of my dreams would come true if God wills it for me.
