Dear Diary: Sometimes I Could Not Understand My Body (Plus Good News For SBD Holders)

This is about my blood pressure crashing enigma that I am trying to solve because it really affects me and it will mean a bad dialysis session if my blood pressure does crash. It is because my nurses would decrease the blood pump which is actually slow compared to the western standards of 450 mL per minute while I am only getting 250 which I sometimes have to request for it to be set to the dialysis machine.

Then they will decrease the amount of fluids that would be taken from my body plus they will add ore saline solution which are the fast ways to increase the blood pressure again.

Now how's that affects me? Well I would go home still heavy and not adequately cleaned so I have to endure that until the next dialysis session.

Now the enigma is sometimes I would go for my dialysis without eating anything. It is my way of getting myself hungry so that I could grab the opportunity to eat normally because of my appetite issue. As soon as the dialysis had cleaned my blood for at least an hour I can really eat well from that point.

Then what happens is that I would be fine, my blood pressure would be okay and it doesn't crash. Then I would do the same thing again, go without eating and then after a while after eating my BP would fall like a comet.

My nurses of course would do the thing above or maybe if I didn't make it maybe they will just tell the time of my death. But my nurses are trained on what to do in an event that my BP crashed until it peaked hell and since I have a good hemoglobin it is just easy to stabilize it again by raising my feet, adding saline, and all.

So there it is eat or not eat before dialysis my BP falls and sometimes it will not like today. Now my experiment will be to eat a few hours before dialysis since it worked today maybe next time it will again.

I would do it two more times and if my BP will stay stabilized then I had solved the enigma which is not to go to dialysis without eating. I just have to sacrifice my appetite because eating prior to dialysis will not make me want much food like what happened to day so maybe it is for the better for myself that I would do what is right.

Anyway a news from March 19th 2019 says the ICE, the intercontinental Exchange a parent company of New York Stock Exchange is looking to list some of the crypto assets and it includes Steem Dollars

I just wonder why they didn't also include steem but if SBD would be listed by BAKKT or ICE or whatever it would surely make steem valuable as well.
