5 siung bawang putih
2 cm laos
1 buah tomat
10 cabe merah besar
5 cabe rawit
15 cabe keriting
1,5 liter air kelapa
Garam secukupnya
Gula secukupnya
Bumbu lain:
2 batang sereh (memarkan)
3 lembar daun jeruk
5 lembar daun salam
Kecap Manis untuk memanggang
Cara memasak:
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi
- Masukkan bumbu lain
- Masukkan ayam yang telah dipotong
- Masukkan air kelapa
- Rebus ayam hingga matang
- Panggang ayam dengan olesan kecap Mani's
- Siap disajikan
