    The number by the arrow represents the rewards for the post. This is split between the author and the curators on a 75/25% ratio. Hope I could help you with this info, and welcome to #Steemit!

        IF you meant:

        diamondni (25) v in esteem

        That number is your reputation score and all started with a score of 25.
