Olah Raga Bersepeda Serta Manfaatnya

Bersepeda merupakan salah kegiatan rekreasi atau olahraga, di samping itu sepeda juga merupakan salah satu alat transportasi darat. Tetapi karena perkembangan dan kemajuan zaman, orang -orang sudah jarang memakai sepeda sebagai alat transportasinya. Karena banyak di antara kita yang sudah punya alat transportasi lebih newah dan nyaman, padahal bersepeda juga sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh kita.

Sehubungan dengan ini, saya akan membagikan beberapa manfaat bersepeda. Di antaranya,

  1. Dapat menurunkan berat badan
  2. Dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol yang berlebihan.
  3. Dapat mengobati penyakit jantung
  4. Mencegah penyakit kanker
  5. Dapat mengurangi penyakit diabetes
  6. Dan mengobati stres

Sehat itu sangat mahal harganya, maka mencegah lebih baik daripada pengobatan.
