The software i use is Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended version 64bit.
I use it on my own photo taken by a DSLR Camera 16MP

This is the picture after i perform several processes
with different tools available in Photoshop CS6
You can observe clearly the skin is smooth and clear
without dark spots and other disorders
and also the colors of this picture are more attractive.

you can clearly distinguish the difference between these two pictures.

with my Photoshop Skills.
