Corporate social responsibility

Management tasks become complex and difficult as the Enterprise expands and go public. Topmost managerial skills are needed to move the enterprise to enviable position. Thus, in our complex modern society the success of a manager is no longer restricted to making profit making. A good corporate manager must also ensure that corporate social responsibility of the company is met. Today, it has become a common practice that corporations set out a certain percent of their annual profit for CSR. Issues under the banner of CSR include the physical environment (including sustainability) ,obligations to employees, sourcing from developing countries, host country government relationship, company relationship with host communities, as well as corporate gifts and sensitive payments.
