If you assume achievement to be stressful, it will become so. Ambition can create anxiety only on one condition — you are overly attached to the results you seek to deliver.
Achievement is something you do. It is not who you are.
Paraventure you didn't succeed in attaining the results you seek and desirous about, that doesn't in any way make you any less of a person than you really are. Of course, you aim to be successful, and as good as this aim of yours is, it is much more effective to choose success than to need it, okay.
The best way to go about life is to always expect the best and giving your very core best to the effort. Then be ready and willing to accept the results irrespective of whatever they may be.
Care intensely about what you intend and what you do. But don’t worry or obsess about what you get.
Understand today that your most effective efforts emanate from your personality, and not from your needs. Letting go of your attachment to the results will get you the best of what could ever be.
