Resteem is almost evrywhere :) You can find it in your feed under each post preview and inside the posts when reading you can resteem via left side vertical menu (first big button on the top).

This way it would be loading too long. Imagine just few articles in your feed with 10+ images each and 10 minutes read each, you will not be able to read your feed if you are following to more than 5 buddies.
