How exactly are you catching them? ("what they bitin on?"-- A River Runs Through It)
How many eels in that last picture to create one meal for a family of 4?
What do you do with the bones and guts?
How clean is your water? Is there any fecal drains upstream of you?

    We are fishing with eels, we use small fish as bait, here the water is very clear and sterile, eel fish hudup in clean running water, we eat by way of baking,
