梅菜扣肉

这是我做的扣肉,
虽然卖相不太好,但我是用心的做的,
嘿嘿

马国怡保这个地方好吃的东西很多,
但我只是买这肉回家和家人一起吃。
一年到头来,一家人四处奔波,只有过年这几天能够在一起共餐。所以我买了肉回来来做。

材料是:五花肉,辣椒。生姜。生粉,盐,味精。梅菜。
做法:先把肉炸到变成金黄色的样子,然后拿出来切成片,
梅菜要先用油煎一下,保持梅菜是占油状态,

用喷子把梅菜放在下面,然后把五花肉放在上面。放水在锅底,下面垫给碗,再把肉放上去蒸,然后盖好,蒸到肉有点烂就好了。

哈哈。马国的著名菜。希望你们能喜欢。
