Bahan :
8 butir telur rebus
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang sere geprek
2cm lengkuas geprek
1 sdm air asam jawa
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm gula merah
Garam secukupnya
Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
Air matang 50ml
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
2cm jahe
13 buah cabe merah keriting
8 buah rawit merah
7 buah bawang merah
4 buah bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
1 sdt terasi
Cara
Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi dan matang
Masukkan daun salam,daun jeruk,sere,lengkuas, garam,gula merah, kaldu bubuk dan air asam jawa aduk rata.
Masukkan telur tambahkan air matang lalu masak sampai bumbu meresap dan kuah mengental dengan api kecil.
Terakhir masukkan kecap manis masak sebentar koreksi rasa dan sajikan.
