Due to fatigue, many people choose to rest or laze all day by lying down or watching television alone at weekends. In fact, instead of just lazing around, it's good we do things more productive and fun as follows.

I completely agree with all the points here. The thing I hate the most is a lazy person. We also should remember to take our vitamins. They make us feel better. Vitamin B fights off fatigue.
