Bahan:
- 200 gram dada ayam, potong dadu
- 2 butir telur
- 100 gr kol
- 1 buah wortel, potong-potong
- 1 ikat sawi, potong-potong
- 1 buah jagung, potong-potong
- 1 buah bawang bombay uk. kecil, iris
- 2 batang daun bawang, rajang
- 2 sendok makan saus tiram
- 2-3 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1 sendok makan maizena, larutkan dgn 3 sendok makan air
- Air secukupnya
- Garam
- Gula.
Bumbu halus:
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 2 sedikit merica.
Caranya:
Tumis bawang bombay & bumbu halus hingga wangi. Tambahkan telur, orak-arik. Kemudian masukan juga ayam, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna. Beri saus tiram dan kecap aduk rata.
Setelah itu campurkan wortel & jagung, beri air, masak hingga jagung & wortel empuk. Beri garam dan gula. Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan kol, sawi dan daun bawang, masak hingga layu. Lalu koreksi rasa. Jika rasa sudah pas tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk cepat hingga mengental. Lalu matikan api, angkat dan sajika.
