1 ekor ayam,berat maks 700 grm,dibelah dadanya tak sampai putus,tekan agar melebar,lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis,diamkan,tak usah dibilas lg
10 grm asam jawa
2 lembar daun salam
8 lembar daun jeruk
2 batang sereh uk besar,memarkan
500 ml santan dari 1/2 buah kelapa
garam & gula merah secukupnya
BUMBU HALUS :
10 buah cabe merah keriting atau sesuai selera
10 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri
seruas jahe
CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang,kemudian masukan daun salam,daun jeruk & sereh,berikutnya tuangkan santan,lalu asam jawa,garam & gula merah secukupnya,selanjutnya masukan ayam,aduk hingga rata,ungkep ayam hingga bumbu meresap & santan mengering,lalu bakar ayam hingga matang,angkat,sajikan.
