250 gr terigu segitiga
2 sdm tepung tapioca
1 sdm minyak goreng
600 ml santan
1/4 sdt garam
1 btr telur
Bahan inti:
1/2 buah kelapa diparut
3 sdm gula pasir
2 lbr daun pandan
pewarna makanan
Langkah
Membuat kulit:
Campur semua bahan kulit aduk sampai licin dan saring supaya tekstur lembut
Membuat inti:
Tuang air 1/2 gelas ke dalam wajan kemudian masukkan gula,daun pandan,pewarna tunggu sampai mendidih kemudian masukkan kelapa parut aduk hingga merata dan kalau inti kira" sudah bisa dipulung angkat
Panaskan teflon dengan api sedang kemudian oles dengan margarin kemudian masukkan adonan kulit satu sendok sayur ratakan di teflon setelah matang angkat dan kasih inti dikira"
lipat dan gulung
Lakukan langkah tersebut sampai adonan kulit habis
