Bahan :
250 gram daging sapi potong tipis
5 siung bawang putih
Secukupnya merica dan garam
Jeruk nipis
Bumbu balado (tumbuk kasar) :
10 siung bawang merah
Segenggam cabai merah keriting, cabai rawit merah dan 3 buah cabai merah besar
Cara buat :
- Haluskan bawang putih, merica, dan garam. Kemudian balurkan ke dalam daging. Diamkan kurleb 15 menit.
- Pindahkan daging ke wajan, masukan air secukupnya, masak hingga daging empuk dan kuah menyusut.
- Setelah itu, goreng daging (ngga perlu kering banget) sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu balado dengan minyak sisa goreng daging tadi. Tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis dan garam. Masak bumbu hingga bau langu ilang.
- Masukkan daging kedalam bumbu balado. Aduk sebentar, angkat dan sajikan.
