Udang Goreng Tepung.

Bahan:

500 gram udang jerbung, kupas sisakan ekor saja dan belah punggungnya (ukuran medium)
1 butir putih telur, kocok

Bumbu perendam:

1 sdm Kecap asin
1 sdt minyak wijen
2-3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
Garam secukupnya (saya tambahkan 1/2 sdt)
1 sdt gula pasir
1/4 sdt Merica bubuk

Adonan Tepung:

Tepung terigu serba guna (atau bisa diganti tepung bumbu siap saji)
: tepung beras (atau tepung tapioka) dengan perbandingan
1:2. Saya menggunakan cangkir sebagai takaran. Gunakan cangkir apapun yg kalian punya.
1/2 cangkir tepung terigu serba guna atau tepung bumbu diaduk bersama
1 cangkir tepung beras kemudian saya bumbuhi tepung dengan
1/2 sdt garam dan merica. Kalian bisa menggantinya dengan kaldu ayam bubuk supaya lebih gurih.

Cara Membuat:

– Rendam udang dalam bumbu perendam selama 15-20 menit.
– Celupkan udang dalam putih telur kemudian lumuri dengan adonan tepung satu persatu. Lakukan hingga habis.
– Siapkan wajan penggorengan dan goreng hingga matang dan cokelat keemasan. Saya kerapkali melakukan double frying supaya hasil lebih crispy. Double frying itu penggorengan dilakukan dua kali.
– Sajikan selagi panas.
