Beautiful Sunday: lovely blue sky and light clean air in Nongkhai, ท้องฟ้าสดใส อากาศเบาสบายที่หนองคาย

This is my entry for #beautifulsunday created by @ace108. Last week was very hectic and full of activities and unexpected surprises which turned out for the better. Luckily, everything went along with the flows of changing energies quite satisfactorily. I was so grateful to all my guardian angels. So, this Sunday it’s time to have a good rest and to contemplate on past movements of life and to recuperate from recent hyper-activity.

I always forgot how relaxing and peaceful the atmosphere in Nongkhai was when I was working in Bangkok. It’s only when I was traveling in my tuk-tuk in Nongkhai that I realised what I had been missing all weeks! The bright blue sky and the fresh breeze in the morning and the green colour of trees and bushes along the way were enough to revive my exhausted mind and body. It is amazing to discover that simple nature can work wonders if we allow her to do her job.

เราได้เวลาพักผ่อนแล้วในวันอาทิตย์นี้ หลังจากที่ใช้ชีวิตรวดเร็วดังรถไฟด่วนในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา จนแทบจะไม่มีเวลาเป็นของตนเอง กรุงเทพฯรถติดมากจนแย่งเวลาที่เราควรจะได้นั่งจิบนํ้าชาและนั่งดูต้นไม้ที่บ้านเงียบๆบ้าง เวลาอยู่ที่เมืองหลวงเราก็มักจะลืมว่าชีวิตที่หนองคายเป็นอย่างไร จนกระทั่งเรามาถึงหนองคายและนั่งไปในรถโดยสาร สูดอากาศสดชื่นเบาสบาย มองดูท้องฟ้าสีสดใส นั่นแหละทำให้เราคิดว่า เราจะทนอยู่ในเมืองหลวงไปได้อีกนานเท่าไร เพราะเป็นสภาพแวดล้อมที่บั่นทอนสุขภาพจิตและกายอย่างยิ่ง ที่นี่อากาศปลอดโปร่ง ไม่มีตึกระฟ้า มองไปไหนก็เห็นต้นไม้สีเขียวไปทั่ว ยิ่งมีลมเย็นๆของหน้าหนาวพัดผ่านมา ก็ยิ่งชื่นใจมาก ก็ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าธรรมชาติที่เรียบง่ายอย่างนี้ จะมีพลังในการเยียวยาจิตใจที่เหนื่อยล้า และร่างกายที่อ่อนแอให้มีความรู้สึกที่ดีขึ้นในพริบตา เราจึงชอบมองดูท้องฟ้าในวันเช่นนี้ สมองเริ่มตื่น ทำให้อดอิจฉาคนที่ตื่นมาแต่เช้า มาถีบจักรยานออกกำลังกายเล่นในหนองคาย

I am so looking forwards to waking up to seeing green trees and blue sky with gentle fresh breeze everyday!
