Hopefully your activities are always in a smooth state.
In the third post, I share photos when I'm relaxed.
Relaxing under a lush tree, very pleasant.
This can help reduce stress.
Feeling depressed or anxious, I went looking for a shade tree and sat under it, so that my heart and mind would be calmer.
Spending 25 minutes sitting quietly under a tree can reduce anxiety about the problem at hand.
Doing this is very effective for people who are stressed out due to lack of sleep, work piling up, child demands, and community problems, so that it can cause stress disorders, anxiety, and depression.
Many things we can do to relieve stress.
Like climbing mountains, biking, and sitting relaxed under shady trees, can help the mind become calm.
Because the relaxed sensation that comes from nature can activate the sense of sight, smell, sound or touch, thus making the brain become fresh again.
Sitting under a shady tree while listening to the sound of birds, and feeling the cool breeze, will get the optimal sensation of relaxation.
Try to do it.
