Bahan:

100 gr tepung hunkwe
300 gr santan sedang
400 gr sari pandan suji
50 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam

Kuah:

Santan/susu cair plus gula merah cair sesuai selera
es batu yg banyak

Cara Membuat:

  1. Campur semua bahan, aduk rata. Masak sambil diaduk sampai meletup2.
  2. Pindahkan ke loyang yg sdh dioles minyak. Kukus sekitar 20 menit. Biarkan dingin.
  3. Potong2, sajikan dngn kuah santan gula merah dan es batu.
