2. Education min. S-1. Preferably from the Department of Psychology / Law / Human Resources
3. Islam and bermanhaj Salaf
4. Honestly trustful and civilized
5. Having experience as HRD Generalist min 4 years
6. Have good understanding and knowledge about the Manpower Law
7. Having a good understanding of hrd workflow includes recruitment process, employee development, payroll, industrial relations.
8. Understand the procedure of obtaining permits and legality.
9. Understand the scope of work of General Affairs and Asset Management.
