I like to use online calculators for that purposes, they always help me to estimate by body mass index. You can simply take a look at one of those, this BMI Chart should be the most accurate, that I can recommend to you. It works on the well-known numbers of kilos and height centimeters for men and women, so anybody can calculate his or her body mass at the certain age and certain height. It's pretty useful website I should say.
