On the Indian map, in the south can be found an extraordinary place, called a non-tourist route. Only occasionally visited by enterprising tourists and small groups of tourists from local tour companies.
The name of this region comes from the village, located on the right bank of the Penna River, about 15 km from Jamal Madugu Andhra Pradesh. This place is secluded and calm, and once the area is under the control of the powerful Telugu dynasty. In the land of Gandicot, a fortress is built, which gets its name from a cliff (this Telugu word sounds like "gandhi").
First, the area of Gandicota is famous for the Pennar River gorge, formed between the backs of Erramal. The river, starting from the hills of Nandi, flows northeast through the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, then flows into the Bay of Bengal. The river bank is set amidst stunning landscapes and pristine forests. The whole area consists of valleys hiding behind hilly hills, and granite spurs.
Often this chasm compared to the Grand Canyon in Arizona, it is very beautiful. Seeing the panorama of the canyon, you will see how fantastic this unpopular place is.
