Acara ini di selenggerakan di aula Fakultas Kedokteran UNIMAL, dan di hadiri oleh seluruh anggota MPC LHOKSEUMAWE, beserta seluruh undangan, baik di seputaran Cunda maupun di luar Kota Lhokseumawe.
Dalam acara tersebut banyak persembahan yang di pertunjukkan baik oleh anggota MPC LHOKSEUMAWE dan peserta undangan, ada berupa pertunjukan Muangthai, kesenian perguruan Silat, Acrobatik, dan tarian khas aceh yaitu Tarian Ranuep Lampuan, acara ini diselenggarakan untuk mengumumkan tentang Perekrutan sekaligus penyerahan jabatan.
