Let me invite you to get to know the easy and affordable Acehnese breakfast menu. Consumption ranging from children to parents with simple preparations that can be made or purchased.
Starting the morning before leaving for activity, consuming breakfast is recommended by medical as stamina enhancer for energy that will come out when we work.

Pulot or sticky rice is a very identical menu with breakfast. This pulot is served with coffee or tea. Pulot can be fed directly and can also be sowed in sugar or in a smear of condensed milk that makes it special.

Pulot has also made a small portion of Acehnese people into a major source of economic income as well as supporting economies, a pulp trade that can be consumed by all ages is a promising market.

Pulot is also obtained at cultural events of Acehnese society. Of course, the recipe is the key to attract consumers. Mari saya mengak anda untuk mengenal menu sarapan pagi masyarakat Aceh yang mudah dan murah. Dikonsumsi mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang tua dengan olahan sederhana yang bisa dibuat sendiri maupun dibeli.

Mengawali pagi sebelum berangkat beraktifitas, mengkonsumsi sarapan pagi sangat di anjurkan oleh medis sebagai penambah stamina untuk energy yang akan keluar disaat kita bekerja.

Pulot atau ketan merupakan menu yang sangat identik dengan sarapan pagi. Pulot ini disajikan bersama kopi atau teh. Pulot dapat di makan langsung dan bisa juga di tabur kan gula atau di oles susu kental yang membuat rasanya menjadi istimewa.

Pulot juga telah membuat sebagian kecil masyarakat Aceh menjadi sumber pendapatan ekonomi utama maupun ekonomi penunjang, perdagangan pulot yang bisa di konsumsi oleh semua umur merupakan pasar yang menjanjikan. Tentunya resep pembuatannya menjadi kunci yang menarik konsumen.

Pulot juga diperoleh pada acara-acara kebudayaan masyarakat Aceh. Tentu saja, resepnya adalah kunci untuk menarik konsumen.
Umumnya resep untuk membuat pulot panggang dimulai dari beras ketan di kukus bersama dengan santan, kemudian dibungkus dengan daun pisang dan dipanggang dengan bara api dengan suhu tertentu sampai kulit pembungkus dianggap hangus. Santan sebagai pemanis plus bau daun pisang yang dibakar menjadikan rasanya sangat istimewa.
