1 bks crackers (me: merek hatari 260 gr isi 28 pcs)
1/2 sachet SKM
1/2 sdm gula halus (optional)
1 sdm margarin (optional)
Langkah
Haluskan tape singkong, buang sumbunya. Campurkan dengan SKM, gula halus, margarin. Aduk rata.
Siapkan crackers sepasang². Isi crackers dengan adonan tape secukupnya, lalu tutup dengan crackers lagi. Ratakan pinggirannya.
Lakukan sampai habis.
Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan. Habis itu, tiriskan.
Crackers tape siap dihidangkan.
