Soto Mie Bogor
Ingredients
1 kg oxtail (meat is more fitting)
1 bh radish (me: ga use)
Ground spices:
8 pcs of shallots
5 pcs of garlic
3 pcs hazelnut
5 bh big red chillies
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 tsp micin
1 stem of lemongrass
Sejempol galangal orchid
1 finger ginger orchid
5 orange leaves
3 bay leaves
5 tablespoons of gr oil
Complementary:
Coles, tomatoes, celery, gr onions, risol, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce,
Vermicelli, yellow noodles, lime
Step
Smooth seasoning blender. Heat the oil gr sauteed until smooth and fragrant.
Bring the water to a boil, add the spices and stir-fry seasoning. After boiling meat input. Cook until tender. Give salt, sugar, micin. Taste test.
