Loving 3speak.online right now.

I have seen a lot of different apps and games on STEEM up to now but I have to say that out of all of them I am really loving 3speak.online.

I'm not even a person for watching live streams or videos but there is something about the platform that makes me want to use it.

For a start it has a defined purpose that is necessary and could bring in a large audience. They are looking to bring in and support de-platformed content creators with large followings.

As we have seen a lot lately, it can be hard for people to get their opinions out there. Anything that doesn't fit the new politically correct media spun narrative is no longer welcome on the internet. At least that is what we are being told.

It doesn't mean we have to listen. And thankfully @oracle-d are not going to be told what to do. They are going to provide the means and opportunity for everybody to have a voice.

Now I have been listening to a good few of the users on 3speak and don't agree with what some of them have to say. Some of them are controversial, stupid and plain wrong.

I do however want to hear them speak so that we can discuss the point. Have the conversation on why I think that they are wrong. This conversation can't happen if people aren't allowed to talk. if they are hidden and targeted from the main sites. This will only drive people into dark corners where they get disgruntled and poisonous.

It's a lot less dangerous to have everything out in the open where we can discuss both sides of the argument. And there are always two sides to every argument.

The other reason I am loving the site so much is that it is a level above everything STEEM that has gone before it.

We have seen lots of apps for gaming, blogging and streaming but the difference in quality between what we have already to what @oracle-d have brought to the table is massive.

They have created a simplified, professional and smooth site that is ready for the mainstream users. One complaint that I have always have with STEEM projects is that they are not geared towards regular people and a wider audience. That has all changed with this.

This has a login that accepts twitter, facebook, steemconnect and google. This covers pretty much all users on the internet and allows them to work the site without touching STEEM.

This will be vital going forward for newbies until they get used to having STEEM running in the background where they will never see the inner workings. When they do open an account they will only need access to their wallet for tokens and browse the site easily.

I see a big future for the site and as it is the first to really bridge the gap between STEEM and regular social media that it will be the template for a lot of new apps going forward. Still not the final article but a huge step forward for the STEEM blockchain.

Can't wait to see what else is in store for the future.
