Lebanon's Hezbollah guerrillas said on Sunday an agreement had been reached to evacuate the army of the Islamic Army from the southern city of Duma, the last bastion of opposition in the eastern Ghouta, but a faction leader denied the island the deal.
Hezbollah's military information unit reported that it had been agreed to evacuate the Army of Islam and their families to Graves, a suburb of Aleppo, north of Syria, near the border with Turkey.
