eSteem Feature Request.

When browsing through comments and articles on the eSteem app, I find it annoying how the blue plus thing, for posting new comments, up voting and resteeming, blocks out some of the comments and article. The primary reason I dislike this is that all functions under the button can be found under other locations. I'm not sure if it would be possible to at least allow an option to disable that button.
