Results Visit to Tofu Factory

I went to one of the Tofu factories located in central Aceh, Indonesia, and I talked to one of the factory employees named Mr. Abdul Rahman who would be the source to provide information about the Tofu factory. According to Mr. Abdul Rahman, the factory was established in 2007 ago, the owner of the factory is deceased, and now in the management of his son. Pak Abdul Rahman is an employee who has long worked in this factory, and already has his own expertise in processing Tofu, this Tofu factory is not too big just to process the Tofu. And has 5 employees. The initial issued capital is not so well known, as I know it is self-owned, and a month of capital expenditure of up to Rp2,000,000 is what Mr. Abdul Rahman.

Ways of making:

Choose a good soy and large, then wash

Staff salaries gradually, if new employees are paid Rp30.000-Rp45.000 a day, while employees who are old or already have expertise in managing themselves can be up to Rp50.000 a day.
