Hi brother. You should try rock tape. Its good for runners or atletic person as you. You can get it from madnutrition online they do delivery as well. If not mistaken its about Rm50 or Rm60 each.

Its basically like a seal tape but to put on your muscle or body for faster recovery and blood flow.
