Today I would like to share my favorite recipe of belon shrimp stir-fry.

the recipes are:

dried shrimp shrimp in washing until clean.
then blender spices like d below

then stir-fry oil and enter the curry leaves and green chilli and split the two eggplant then enter the jg into the shrimp rebon stir-fry.

cook until water shrinks and oily ..
thadaa ready to serve.
