Cow's broth is a kind of flavoring spice made from beef stew. Common beef broth is sold in plastic packaging or sachets. But cow stock can actually be made by boiling some parts of beef like cow bone. Cow broth has a fresh savory taste as it is a natural cider of beef. The smell was fragrant and evocative, especially if mixed into the dish.
Function
Beef broth is part of the beef juice, so it's no wonder if the beef broth has as much protein and calcium as it is contained in beef. In one cup of beef broth there is 0.19 grams of fat, 0.80 grams of carbohydrates and 0.84 grams of protein. Cow broth has fewer calories and fat than chicken broth, so for those of you who intend to diet, using beef broth is the right choice.
Cow's broth is suitable as a sprinkling or sauce in various dishes such as beef soup, rawon beef, beef ribs soup, and much more.
How to Process
For instant beef broth such as powdered broth or block broth, the type of beef broth like it is quite durable because it has been given special preservatives by the manufacturer. But for homemade broth from bone and beef stew, then you need some storage tips and bouillon processing as follows:
Keep the beef broth in normal temperature, not when it's just been heated because it will make some protein in the cow stock disappear when put into the freezer;
Put the cow stock in an open or unplanned state, if you do not want other ingredients tainted, then just put it in a freezer or refrigerator with a different door;
To use as a soup soto cow, you just remove it from the storage, let stand until the temperature is normal, then boil and enter some soto materials such as green onion, toge, lemongrass, garlic, cabbage and of course the beef has been disuwir;
For beef ribs soup, stir-fry some typical soup vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, macroni and spring onions, enter the beef ribs that have been boiled before, last enter beef broth and wait until boiling.
