ACEH SHRIMP ACID

Pos today's Aceh cuisine, for those of you who are curious about its taste, you can try it yourself, it must be amazing.

This is a recipe for making Aceh Shrimp Acid.

The ingredients are:

500 grams of fresh shrimp (head lift, clean, salt baluri and gonseng to dry).
20 pieces of red & green chilli (or flavor)
6 red onion, finely sliced.
12 soft / soft ripe starfruit (small pieces).
6 pieces of orange leaf (discard bone and finely sliced)
2 lemongrass (take the white part of the iris)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tbsp hot oil (optional)

How to:

Ulek (traditional blender) rough cayenne pepper, onion and starfruit then add the shrimp that has gonseng, ulek back until the shrimp crumbled and mixed evenly. Add lemon grass, lime and salt leaves, mix well. Add sugar, hot oil and lemon juice.
