Fasting in ramadahan is an obligation for those who run it even though there are some conditions that are allowed to not perform such obligatory fasting such as mothers who are breastfeeding. Basically in terms of medical need not worry to do the fast when breastfeeding especially if the baby is over 6 months but there are some things to note such as:
Intake at dawn, where it is necessary to get food and drinks are good and enough time of dawn in addition to nutrition as well as to be a caloric reserve during fasting
Note the fluid intake and also try to avoid activities that can cause dehydration, stay in a cool room, avoid exposure to the sun in a long time and if the sign of dehydration then immediately cancel the fast and rehydrate the body
Note the intake of food because fasting can indirectly affect the nutritional content of ation so it is important to keep choosing foods that contain vitamins and minerals or can be assisted with the intake of supplements
Know the limits of ability and do not force to continue fasting if the activity is done quite heavy and arise conditions that make the body becomes less fit in order to stay healthy so that the baby can always be healthy.
