California Bill Aims to Recognize Blockchain Records

The state of California has introduced a new bill which aims to identify blocks transactions, digital signatures and smart contracts as legal forms of registration. MP Ian Calderon introduced Bill 2658 on February 20 to redefine the laws applicable to electronic documents in the state.
