Ingredients
250 gr chicken fillet breast, cut into longitudinal box
1 serving of teriyaki sauce (saori)
1 cup of black pepper sauce (saori)
3 pcs of garlic, finely chopped
1 pcs of onion, sliced lengthwise
2 chili pepper, sliced iris
to taste ketchup
Step
Soak chicken with teriyaki sauce and black pepper 15min
Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, insert slices of chili
Enter chicken breast along with soaking marinade, add soy sauce, stir and give enough water
Cook until chicken is cooked and water shrinks, remove. Serve
