Pagi ini aktifitas aku di dapur, maklum tugas seorang istri & ibu rumah tangga ya masak buat anak & suamiku tercinta.
Pagi ini aku ingin memasak " Opor ayam tahu rawit merah"
Bahan-bahan
- 1 ekor ayam bersihkan
- Tahu putih
- santan kelapa
- Cabai rawit merah
- Bawang merah
- Bawang bombay iris
- Bawang putih
- Merica
- Kemiri
- Jahe
- Lengkuas
- Sereh
- Daun salam
- Daun jeruk
- Air secukupnya
- Garam
- Gula pasir
- Kaldu ayam
- Minyak goreng untuk menumis
Cara Membuat
- Bersihkan 1 ekor ayam lalu potong sesuai selera.
- Kemudian haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, merica, kemiri. Lalu tumis bumbu halus, sereh, daun salam,daun jeruk, lengkuas, jahe sampai harum.
- Setelah itu masukan ayam & tahu yang sudah di potong lalu tuangkan 1 liter air dan masukan santan kental sambil di aduk perlahan.
- Masak sambil di aduk pelan agar santan tidak pecah. Masukan garam, gula pasir, kaldu ayam dan cabai rawit merah. Masak sampai ayam empuk dan kuah santan mengental.
- Opor ayam tahu rawit merah siap di hidangkan jangan lupa tambahkan bawang goreng agar lebih nikmat.
