DIY Toner For Oily-Skin

What you'll need

Apple Cider Vinegar
Purified Water
For making this medical toner you've need Apple Cider Vinegar and some Purified Water. Take it both ingredients in equal quantity to make enough toner. Now put in the air container bottle and take it in the refrigerator. This one is best for oily skin coz it has solved the many related of skin care problems.It's also beneficial for removing dead skin cells.

How to Use?

For using this toner take a cotton pad and put some toner in it and apply all over the face. Now leave it to dry. This process is highly affected for those peoples who've oily skin type.
