Be a boss!
The rise to the top doesn’t usually start there. It starts a lot lower and that means one must get to work and get stuff done. The constant attention to detail, improving what’s wrong and accelerating what’s right will get you that much closer to success.
Every boss started as a worker, so never be embarrassed or too proud to put in the time, the hours, the blood, the sweat, the tears and the dedication to eventually get to where you want to be. It’ll be damn worth it.
