Hari Sabtu kemarin, ketika sedang dalam perjalanan ke rumah kakak sepupuku yang sedang melangsungkan acara pernikahan, aku melihat ada sebuah bangunan yang terlihat bagus dan unik.
Ternyata itu adalah sebuah bangunan untuk tempat ibadah umat Budha, namanya Vihara Shobita yang beralamat di jalan Cisauk no.28, Legok, Cisauk,Tangerang, Banten, propinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
Atap Vihara Shobita berhiaskan patung-patung liong atau naga yang indah dan megah.
Terdapat bangunan bertingkat seperti menara yang disebut dengan Pagoda. Pagoda fungsinya kalau tidak salah adalah untuk tempat bersemayamnya roh-roh dari orang-orang yang sudah meninggal sebagai tanda penghormatan. Karena aku bukan umat Budha mohon maaf jika ada kesalahan keterangan tentang Vihara Shobita Cisauk, Tangerang, Banten ini.
Demikian sekilas postinganku tentang salah satu tempat ibadah umat Budha yaitu Vihara Shobita. Kurang lebihnya mohon maaf, terima kasih telah meluangkan waktunya untuk membaca postingan sederhana ini.
