Only when you’re dead haha. I mean this sadness and uncertainty and whatever you deem negative is life. Not all of life, but part of it.

I think Daydreaming about this ideal self and thinking about the things in their life, allowing these dreams to bring you joy is the best way to actualize that version of yourself. Picture what you love, acknowledge its presence and be greatful for that better you and the way that their beauty fills you up. Allow yourself to relate to this ideal self and step into living that life! Fanticizing about a better you is an invitation to realize that that it is you all along!
